The five-bedroom house has four full bathrooms and two powder rooms. It was originally built in 1992 and last sold in 2022 for $965,000.

Priya Place to add $1 million-plus homes to Cincinnati's West Side

A Cincinnati residential real estate team is starting work on a development that will open up a new option for luxury custom homes on the West Side.
Ram Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty is developing Priya Place, a 12-home subdivision in Green Township. Rakesh Ram said the new development will offer buyers estate home sites, roughly an acre in size, to build custom homes. Dave Ott Homes is the exclusive homebuilder for Priya Place.
Homes in the development are expected to be priced at more than $1 million. Ram said there has been a lot of pent-up demand at that price point on the West Side.
New subdivision for move-up buyers coming to Green Township

A local residential real estate team is working to bring two dozen new homes to the West Side.
Ram Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty is developing Janson Woods, a 24-home subdivision in Green Township. Rakesh Ram said the new development will offer buyers half-acre home sites with quick access to the highway.
“The response has been unbelievable,” Ram told me. “There is such pent-up demand.”
