CRM MANAGER
The CRM Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve customer relationships by managing the group's customer relationship management (CRM) system and data (Top Producer®).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the accuracy and organization of customer data within Top Producer®.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze customer data for trends, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement in sales, marketing, and service.
Develop and execute CRM strategies that align with business goals, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

Required Qualifications
Experience using CRM software. Experience with Top Producer® a plus.
Demonstrated ability to interpret customer data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
Experience leading initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a professional setting.
Demonstrated capability to develop and implement long-term strategies that improve customer relationships and drive business growth.
Hours and Compensation
Hours: Part time, approximately 20 hours per week. In-office position at our Green Township office (6730 Ruwes Oak Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45248). Flexible hours/schedule TBD, based on candidate's availability. Opportunity to move later to a hybrid schedule, combining remote and on-site hours.
Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience.
